I had trouble with growing lavender too. I kept planting it in the same place, which should have rung a bell. I've found it grows in a raised bed on the north side of my house better than bordering my vegetable garden with full sun. Who knew? I hope Souvenir Girl is not wearing bear in that picture.
Ahhhh, this is so beautiful.
Now, where do I get me an owl (and a pout!) like that?
Donna what a good idea! I don't have any raised beds this year, but methinks next year. I was also thinking of planting lavender near the clothesline, I wonder if it will make all laundery smell lavendery?
