This year was the first year I wrote down which books I read and my how they added up! (Note to self: Must get out more). I will be posting the list as our year ends, but for the time being Simon, from Stuck In A Book, posted THIS on his blog full of wonderful and interesting treats. Now I want a whack at it!

One of my favorite pictures of all time. I had it on my blog as well a while ago.
it is good to write down one's books
i've done it for years
a different sort of portrait...of oneself
Great answers! I should have read 25 this year, that won't work for me again...
I've been writing down what I read since 2002 - I find it so interesting to look back and see what I was reading when, and what followed it, etc.
... you know, if you *do* ever manage to get out more, maybe I should come with you...
From Acton to Gide & Genet is one's very own idea of a Saturday commute!
Anonymous-I recently rediscovered a collection of Herbert List photographs...this is my favorite!
By Land By Air By Sea-It has been so interested seeing the list progress, also a great reminder for forgetful folk like me.
Simon- haha! An idea of a night out is a trip to the library, I'm sure you'll agree!
Laurent- It was a cold winter... :)
Almost all of this year's reads were non-fiction. I imagined filling out the survey, and got quite a chuckle! Maybe I'll try it now. Check my blog soon!
That looks fun!
Is that picture from Zardoz? A film I've never seen - photos from it terrified when I was a kid.
I've actually never heard of Zardoz, but I'm so glad I googled it! Looks spectacular!
Here's the link to Herbert List's site, I suggest you take a look at all of the, they're so special:
